How it works
Request a Delivery
LastMile2Go! instantly detects your current location, and you can opt to have your delivery picked up from there, or you can drop a pin on the map and manually enter the pickup address. You can store your favorite drop addresses for quick and easy access in the future.
Pay by Card or Wallet
LastMile2Go! understands that each customer has a different preferred means of paying for a delivery. As a result, we provide you with the choice of paying with a Debit Card, Credit Card, or a Credit line (Wallet). Once your credit is spent, you can replenish your wallet using the app.
Acceptance
A LastMile2Go! driver will acknowledge your shipment's availability and accept it. You will be allowed to choose and approve the shipment's price. Your driver will be assigned to your area after your request has been approved.
Track your delivery
The Shipper (customer) app allows you to track your delivery and receive real-time updates on the driver's location. The consumer will also be updated about the booking's status and when the driver 'Arrives,' 'Starts,' and 'Completes' a delivery through push notification
View the details of your delivery
You have constant access to the information of the delivery while on the live track page, and you can see the documents uploaded at Pickup and verify the condition of your products.
Review & Rate Drivers
Following the completion of a trip, shippers and drivers grade each other. At the end of each trip, you will be asked to rate your driver on a scale of 1 to 5. This rating can also be included at the bottom of your receipt.
